With the collapse of Arcadia Group leaving multiple empty units and a lack of city centre footfall post pandemic, St. Enoch Centre was faced with poor consumer perception of offer and engagement within the catchment was at an all time low.
Following a £40 million investment, awareness of the new destination led offer was required to change engrained perceptions and extend the catchment to a young adult and young family audience.

With new tenants, including Wingstop, Level X, Boom Battle Bar, Escape Hunt and Next the centre was energised with a robust fashion, dining and leisure offer.
Our role is to bring the in-centre experience alive across consumer touchpoints. We achieve this by working with real-life customers in our candid photography and videography and pair this with expressive typefaces and a vibrant colour palette.

40,000 sq ft was leased in 2024. Including the opening of Wagamama, Lovisa, flagship Glasgow Next and Escape Hunt.
Footfall increased +9% in 2024 (VS 2023) and tenant sales increased +15% (VS 2023).
Our 2024 TV adverts achieved over 9 million impressions and 74 TVRs*, outperforming the guaranteed 57 TVRs.
